It’s the best atmosphere with the gardens in full bloom when we were there in October 2023
The breakfast room is so spacious, food in abundance for all your needs.

Their collection of Soup Terrines is a sight to be seen.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were kind and helpful. The decor is beautiful. Restful chill areas, charming courtyard, and our room overlooked a pretty Italian garden. Our double room was clean, well sound-proofed, very comfortable bed, and had a lovely bathroom and rain shower. Stefania does the best breakfast we had anywhere in Italy. We were going to stay for three nights but I got sick and we ended up staying a week, but it was a great place to recover. The staff genuinely cared about my welfare and asked how I was feeling. They were happy when I got better. Spoleto is a hidden gem that has so much to offer the visitor. We would love to return.
Very nice hotel. Beautiful inner courtyard to relax. The antiques and collectibles in the public area added a great atmosphere. An easy walk into the historic centre. Very nice breakfast and good wifi.
Great location, short walk to the old town. We stayed here for 6 nights and had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was abundant and tasty. Our room was spacious and well-decorated. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony which had a fantastic view over some of Spoleto and the mountains in the distance. Would definitely stay here again.
I can't thank the staff of Hotel San Luca enough. My dad fell ill during our trip and they helped us contact a doctor, took him breakfast in his room, and every day asked me how he was doing and how they could help. They really showed a lot of kindness and care and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much!
Somewhat disappointing stay. Non working fixtures in our room that took a few calls to have remedied. Room was too warm - making open windows necessary and resulting in lots of mosquito bites during the night and sleepless nights due to very loud traffic noise right outside our window. Older manager was not very welcoming and would not allow guests to use tables and chairs in lobby or outdoor courtyard to eat a light meal together (what exactly are they for?) Provided breakfast was very nice, however. Unique decor in the lobby area, and I enjoyed the little birds in the cage.
Charming old world hotel on the edge of town. Near the Posterna walkway so its easy to get around. Aircon wasn't on when we stayed but it wasn't too hot, so we were ok. Maybe they turn it up in high summer?
Very happy with the hotel, very convenient location, the room with terrace was big neat and clean, we also had a big bathroom with whirlpool. We enjoyed breakfast in the patio, specially the local cold cuts and their delicious pastries.
The staff was always helpful and with a friendly attitude. We will come back!
